about Ola Jas

Ola discovered yoga as a way to awaken emotional, physical, and sensorial intelligence, making body consciousness a practice for an integral art of living. Her yoga seeks to touch the essence, creating a pathway to magic that enriches experience and opens the heart to joy.

Drawing inspiration from asanas, dance, acroyoga, and massage, she integrates different forms of authentic expression. Her sessions cultivate strength, flexibility, and fluid transitions, encouraging belief, trust, and creativity in each individual's journey.

Through breath, movement transforms into meditation, revealing something greater than ourselves.
